Winifrede Francis Ellis

The baby is my father Dermont Dean who was born in 1925. The girl is his 1/2 sister Winifrede Francis Ellis. Her mother was Hazel Dunlap. Picture taken on Red Oak Street in Charleston, West Virginia. Note the shadow in lower right corner. I think that's Hazel's shadow. I'm estimating Winifrede was born in 1917 PA. But resided in WV. Her father was Ernest Ellis.
