After his mother died his father remarried Rebecca Agnes SULLIVAN and the family moved to North Madison, OH. Henry had a total of 11 siblings including his full sibling Lucy Mohitabel or Mehitable; and half-siblings Charles Elliot or Elliott; Francis “Frank” Asbury; Jane Rebecca; Benjamin Potter; Homer Potter; Emily Estelle; Mary Marie or Maria; Nellie Lavania or Lovina; Kate or Katie; and Edgar Roscoe CUMINGS.
Henry attended Oberlin College and married Charlotte “Lottie” Jane SINK (1846-1913) on 17 Apr 1867 in Brooklyn, NY and they had 9 children including Harriet Emily; Charles Andrew; Henry Harrison Jr.; Sarah Charlotte; Baby Girl; Benjamin Rue; Ralph Hunter; Laure Frances; and Abigail “Abbie” Lynch CUMINGS, all born between 1869 and 1893. Henry died in Tidioute, PA on 14 May 1913.

Henry Harrison Cumings
I've recovered an old photograph album from the late 1800's including faculty and students from Oberlin College which includes a photograph of Henry H. CUMINGS. The photograph is dated 12 Dec 1894 and was taken in Tidioute, PA with Henry likely in his 50's at the time. Someone has also written "Monmouth, IL 14 Dec 1840" on the back of the photograph as well. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Henry and his family:
