Survived by his loving parents George and Mary; brothers Joseph (Jeanne Gilman) and Christopher (Dawn) Peters; aunts, uncles, cous-ins; close friends Lou Pardo, Peter Kehayes and many other dear friends.
Spiro was a graduate of Penfield High School and Ashland University.

Great Grandad George Walter Peters
My Great Grandad George Walter Peters 1901 - 1938. He was born in Greenwich which is also where he died. He was apparently a fishmonger for most of his adult life. He served time in WWI but I’m not aware of his regiment. He died due to pneumonia but the family myth is that he died of grief as his wife (my Great Grandma Rose Alice Smith) had passed away earlier in the year.

I have an old studio photograph of Albert PETERS which was taken at the E. B. Nock Studio in Cleveland, OH. The photograph was likely taken in the 1870’s or 1880’s with Albert appearing to be in his 20’s or 30’s at the time the photograph was taken. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Albert and his family:
Albert F. PETERS was b. Jan 1851 in Ohio parents Samuel R. or G. PETERS (1820-1908) and Anna Susanna RICKSECKER (1819-1893). Albert was one of their 13 children including Sarah; Mary; Samuel; Theodore; John; Edwin J.; Eugene P.; Amos; Emma C.; Jonathan Mathias; Albert F.; Alice; and Rebecca Jane PETERS, all born between 1839 and 1858.
Albert married Esther “Ettie” CURPHEY (1853-1933) on 9 Mar 1878 in Cuyahoga Co. OH. Albert died 5 Sept 1925 in Cleveland, OH and is buried in the Lake View Cemetery in that city.

my name is valerie peters and i live in bc canada ,,,my mother left us when we were 2 or 3 and im now 48,,i know her name is elizabeth ann hopkins and she has 3 sisters ,,,ive always wanted to know her but dont know where to start,,whats her side of the family like,,,what nationality is she,,what does she look like,,my grandparents(her parents used to live in aldergrove bc when i was 5 ,,,,thats all i have to go on,,, i dont even know what my aunts names are and never got the chance to know them :( i know i have family out there somewhere oh yeah my mother was married to david peters but hes deceiced now my brothers and sister are david,john,larry,martin,aurora,and myself valerie,,,my mothere was born in washinton as far as i know
