His World War Two draft card said he was born in Vienna Austria, while other records state that he was born in Germany. He was a doctor and employed by Mercy Hospital in Trenton New Jersey. His next of kin was "Siddy" Kirchner (sister). Otto was, at the time, 5 ft 3 inches tall and weighed 136 lbs. He was "white" and had hazel eyes and brown hair. His complexion was "dark".
