A badly damaged photo of a Swedish house found at an antique store in Belton, Texas along with other photos that once belonged to Fred Nelson's family. There is a message on the back in Swedish, but I can't make the handwriting well enough to try using translation software on it.

He was just a few months old when this picture was taken in Malmö, Sweden (Sverige). His father was Edvard Hjalmar Dahlstedt and his mother, Betty Jönsson. He had two younger sisters born in Sweden....unfortunately they died there.

This is my Great Grandfather, the son of Britta Mathilda Goransdotter. Swedish military on or about 1908. Does anyone recognize him? My Great Grandmother, Britta Mathilda Goransdotter gave birth to my Grandfather out of wedlock in March of 1909. So would have known this man around June/July 1908! She gave my Grandfather this photo and told him: this is your father. I would love to solve this for my mother!
