This is a photo of my Grandfather, Audray Oliver Allen, taken when he worked for the railroad as a very young man. Not sure of date taken. He was born in 1900 and died in 1936. Photo probably dates from around 1918 to 1923.

The pho was in an envelope with some postcards dated 1926 which had been sent to my great-freat grandmother Bartlett.

This is one of several photos that my Aunt in Three Rivers, MI has. The photos were given to her by an elderly lady that says that her step mother or step father (I foget which) was a relative of ours. This would have been on the Hoyt / Bartlett side of our family. If anyone recognizes him, please let me know. Thank you. - Chirstine Gose

Does anyone recognize this man. I was told that he is a relative of my Hoyt / Bartlett family in Michigan, but so far nobody knows his name, or how he is related. The photo was in an envelope with some postcards dated 1926 which had been sent to the home of my great-great grandmother Bartlett. This man was probably related to her daughter, Florence Bartlett.

George M. McNeal
George M. McNeal
This is my great-grandfather, George Marshall McNeal. He was born around the 1840's (different records conflict this date), but there is some mystery as to where. Oral family history says that he was born aboard the ship traveling from Ireland to Canada, and that his mother died at sea after giving birth. Some census records list his place of birth as Ireland, some list it as Canada. He died and is buried in Michigan. If anyone has information on any othe the people shown in my "McNeal" photos, please contact me.
