Isaac Allen, Civil War
This is my great-great grandfather, Isaac Allen from PA, 1st lieutenant, Co. G,76th Pennsylvania Infantry. This photo is contained within an old monogrammed album which once belonged to my great-great grandmother, Abigail (Reeder) Allen, which was graciously given to me by a 2nd cousin. I have lots of great photos that I am willing to share with other family members!1865

Died in Kalamazoo, MI on 7 Jan, 1876. Buried at White Pigeon, MI. Oral family tradition says that one of the Allen men was jumped, robbed & murdered not long after the civil war. Could he have been that man?
