I'm Seventy years old now and I remember my grandfather very well. As a boy of 10 years old my father would take me to pick him up to take him to our home for a visit. This six-foot man with a snow-white afro I am proud to say was my grandfather. he was a quiet man and when he looked at my sister and me his eyes lit up as well as ours. Even my mother was on her best behavior as I remember. I vaguely remember my father's depression when he went home to God because at the time, I didn't understand it all. But I do remember his face too this day. My Grandaddy with the snow-white afro.
