Christina Lucy Beveridge of 72 Ridley St., in Edgeworth, City of Lake Macquarie County, NSW Australia was born on December 29, 1918 in Warragul, VIC to Lucy Williams and Thomas Beveridge. She had siblings Thomas Beveridge, Alexander Beveridge, and Amelia Jane Beveridge. She married George Arthur North on December 4, 1940 in Thorpdale, Victoria and they later separated in 1959 in Moe. Christina Beveridge died at age 77 years old on July 19, 1996 at John Hunter Hospital Lookout Rd, in New Lambton Heights, NSW, and was buried on July 24, 1996 at Uniting Lawn Cemetery in Toonto, N.S.W..

Thomas Beveridge
Thomas was born in Kirkaldy Scotland in May 1880 to Thomas Beveridge Sr who was an Inland Revenue Officer and a Janet Scott, His father passed away 2 months after he was born his mother his mother passed in August 1880, he was then raised by his grandmother Christina Beveridge. In the late 1890's early 1900's he came to Australia he see his Cousins in Sydney then while here he went to look around and met my Grandmother Lucy Beveridge in Kerang in 1911 they married their son Thomas was born in Kerang in 1912, Their second son was born 1913 but only lived a couple of hours they then moved to Tungamal Vic where their daughter Amelia Jane was still born 1915 he then enlisted in the army and served in France after his return their daughter (my mother) was born on the 29 December 1918 by that time they were living in Thorpdale (in the Gippsland area) they later moved to Warragul where he passed away on 6 january 1941 after suffering a stroke christmas day.

Lucy Williams was born to Amelia & Owen Williams on September 3 1883 at Rich Avon West. Vic, she had 3 brothers. She met Thomas Beveridge in 1908 while he was up that way looking for his cousins that lived in the area of Swan Hill Kerang they married in 1910 in Kerang Where she gave birth to Thomas Jr & Alexander they then moved to Tungamal where she had Amelia Jane, It was from here that her husband Thomas enlisted and served in France once he was back home they moved to the Gippsland area of Victoria where in 1918 their daughter (my mother)Christina Lucy born they went Dairy Farming and Potato growing, After Thomas died in 1941 she met a Walter Fisher in 1944/45 who she later married but she later kick him out after she found he was trying to kill her. She continued to live and run the farm till the late 1960's when she sold it and moved to Moe Vic to live with her son and daughter in laws in 1970 she moved to Hamilton to live with us in 1971 she passed away and is buried at the Hamilton Lawn Cemetery
