The baptism certificate is in Polish. Here is the content of this document:
It happened in Baranowo on October 2, 1921 at 2 pm. Appeared Adam Godzina, a 41-year-old farmer living in the village of Ziomek, appeared in the presence of witnesses: Jan Pabich, 50, and Jan Kowalczyk, 47, both farmers living in the village of Ziomek, and showed us a male child and declared that it was born in the village of Ziomek on April 18, 1906 at 10 pm, with his wife Rozalia née Kowalczyk, 39 years old. This child at the Baptism performed by Father John Carroll on November 21, 1906, was given the name Józef and the godparents were: Stanisław Kulas and Marianna Kozłowska. This act was read to the appearing and illiterate witnesses and signed by us alone. The parish priest of Baranowo, who maintains civil status records.

"It happened in the church village of Jeleniewo on August 22, 1886 at 2 p.m. Appeared Jan Wąsowicz, a farmer aged 45, who lived in the village of Sidory in the presence of Wincenty Matusiewicz, a farmer aged 35, and Antoni Kisielewski, a farmer aged 32, both living in Sidory and showed us a male child and stated that he was born in Sidory yesterday at 7 a.m. from his wife Michalina née Cieraszewska, 40s. The child was given the name Konstanty at the Baptism held today by Father Józef Bartoszkiewicz, and the godparents were Wincenty Brzozowski and Justyna Soból. This act was read to the declaring person and illiterate witnesses and was only signed by us.
