Seibert Burgin was born Feb, 29, 1884 in Kentucky. He was adopted by William Burgin as the story was told to me. I do not know who his parents were. He died on Feb 4, 1976 in Clearmont, Kentucky. He was living there with his daughter Bernice Neal at the time of his death. Seibert was my husband's grandfather, and his wife was Hattie Mae "Redman" Neal.
