I was adopted as a new born baby girl in Kansas City, Kansas at Bethany Hospital on August 14, 1966 By Rita S & Gerald R Morgan. The name my adopted parents gave me was Shannon Dee Morgan. I was adopted again at age 12 after my adopted parents divorced and my adopted mother married Robert L Renner. My name changed to Shannon Dee Renner. After getting married to Robert D Henderson my name changed to Shannon Dee Henderson.
