She also married Alfred Forchinado, and they had children Thomas Forchinado and Patricia Forchinado. Barbara Tkachuk died at age 37 years old on November 11, 1973 in Staten Island, Richmond County, NY, and was buried at Locust Hill Cemetery in Dover, Morris County, NJ.
Barbara has an older brother Donald. Their father is Arthur Joseph Welsh. Their mother’s maiden name is Anderson but I’m not sure of her first name. The children were raised by Margaret (McKnight) Welsh who is my maternal grandmother.
