Arthur Welsh of Titusville, Brevard County, FL was born on October 26, 1911. He was the parent of Barbara Tkachuk, and Donald Welsh. He married Margaret (McKnight ) Welsh, and they had children Carol welsh, Charles Welsh, and Beverly (Welsh). Arthur Welsh died at age 67 years old in May 1979.
