Jesse Silverstein of 72-31 Juno St, in Queens, Queens County, New York United States was born on July 25, 1918 at Brooklyn, NY, USA in Brooklyn, Kings County, and died at age 47 years old on August 8, 1965 in New York.

William was married to Stella Scocos. They had two children - Georgia and Lea. He left Greece and arrived in New York after WWI. He had several jobs, including bank clerk.

Georgia was the daughter of William and Stella Scocos. She had one sister, Lea. She was a talented artist, a sculptor - she worked in stone, wood and metal. She went to a studio in Manhattan called Mineos. She was married to Jesse Silverstein and had three children: Mary, Dvorah and David. After Jesse died she went back to school and earned her bachelor's and master's degree in art therapy. She worked thereafter in hospitals such a Bellevue and Kings County. She was well -liked by her colleagues and patients.
