She had siblings Rocco Finazzo, John Finazzo, Jerome Finazzo, and Angie Finazzo. She married Frank Michael Pinna, and they were married until Frank's death on April 1, 2002. She had children Leonard Michael Pinna and John Anthony Pinna. Nancy Pinna died at age 90 years old on May 9, 2022 in Sun City, Maricopa County, AZ.
