Ida is the daughter of Luther Fenner and Lucy Ida Bitgood, and the sister of Henry Eugene Fenner, who is buried in the same cemetery. She was probably born in southeastern Conn. Ida can be found on the 1860 census for Voluntown, the 1880 census for Leicester and the 1900 census for Spencer.
Ida married Charles L Bugbee, who was born in 1864. They had the following children: Mary L who was born and died in 1888, Ella M who was born in 1888 and died at the age of ten, another daughter named Ella Eveline who died at thirteen from typhoid fever in Webster, Everett who lived from 1890 to 1914, and Ralph who lived from 1892 to 1975. The date and place of Ida's death is unknown but probably occured after 1935 because her granddaughter remembers her. ... show more
