I am looking for the Nelson clan. From my mother's previous attempts, she was able to go as far back as the Revolutionary War, but I know we go much further back.
I am curently researching my geneology and would love to be of help or be helped in doing so with any info. you may have. My grandmother was Dessie P. Mattocks, daughter of Henry A. Mattocks and Queenie M. Nelson. I was told they are decendentsof the Kristie or Christie family but don't know for sure. I have traced some of the Mattocks back to PA. but don't know if the Franklin Eli Mattocks I found there was the correct ancester. Yes, though new to this I am already at a block..But I refuse to give up. thank you
