Home of August and Eleanor (Pfannenschmidt) Metz
Location is Rutherford, NJ. Close by was the home of their son Albert and near that of Victor, their other son. After August died Albert built a home for for his mother next to his. Albert was a succesful industialist - CEO, Oakanite. He was also a patron of NYC arts and had students of the Julliard School spend their summers at his Conneticut estate practicing their skills.
