Joe Alva Rudd
Joe Alva Rudd, aka "Superman" was born in Oklahoma, USA. Son of Elmer Alva "Nelsie" Rudd and Obie Ardene (Ash) Rudd. Joe and Patsy Moss met and married in Tulsa in June 1958. Joe was blinded at the age of 21 by an explosion while working highway construction in Tulsa. He joined the Marines at the age of 17 and served with the U.S. Marines during the Korean Conflict. Joe is laid to rest in the Ft. Gibson National Cemetery. CPL - US MARINE CORPS - KOREA
