My Sister Ceta with Lena Horne
Lena Horne & my sister Ceta Holmes Hooper in a publicity photo for some event for the school district. It was taken at Frank Sinatra's Cal-Neva Club, Crystal Bay, Nevada. I met Lena & her husband when she performed there & talked with her many times. In the late 60's, I visited her at the Sparks Nugget & she autographed her 'Lena' autobiography 'To Pieter, From your mother's friend, Lena Horne 1966.'
Date & Place: at Cal-Neva Club in Crystal Bay, Nevada
