This picture is a tintype that my grandmother owned. Her name was Celista Jones McKinley. She was born in Putnam Co., Ohio in 1900 and about 1915 the Jones family moved to Michigan. She married Leslie John McKinley.

The man seated on the left bears great resemblance to the Barnetts of North Carolina, Yancy County and surrounding area. The Jones Family and Barnett Families are closely united and they all had many children, some of whom moved north. Check Barnett photos and see if you get a hint. This actually looks just like my father's gg grandfather. Check on David, William, or Captain James Barnett.
