2020 marks 20 years since the inception of AncientFaces. We are the same team who began this community so long ago. Over the years it feels, at least to us, that our family has expanded to include so many. Thank you!

My grandmother saved my life. She was my rock my strength and my salvation. She taught me jesus, not like the nuns, where we were punished for everything and Jesus was our prison guard. No..she taught me the love, forgiveness and compassion of jesus. I learned early on what true love was from her and her depiction of Jesus and I hold fast to that teaching till today.
She volunteered in church, a church lady, helped the sick and worked with people with disabilities. She was always giving funds to St Jude's Hospital and missions all over the world. Helping people was her thing. I guess since she never got to be the nurse she trained to be, she helped others in the ways she could. A great lesson she taught and I adore her for it!
