I am researching,The Joseph Rash family of Wilkes county Nc.My grandfather (Bob) Rash went to West Virginia as a young man to work in the coal mines,of Mcdowell county,where my father Joe Rash was born in 1918 and subsequently I was born,in 1941,I am a descendant of Joseph Rash, John Warren Rash,Joseph S.Rash.,Martha Jane Rash

Just a local boy from Shipley,England
Found in our local Windhill cemetery in Shipley West Yorkshire UK.Thomas at the age of 19 enlisted into the 51st PA infantry and fought in the American civil war form 1861-65.He came back home with his American wife Sarah about 1871.Tom died at the age of 71.R.S.P.
