Anthony Paul Monteforte was born to Gloria Mary (Battaglia) Monteforte (1926-2007) and Anthony Monteforte (1926-1997). Both his mother and father had been born in New Jersey. He was the brother of Alfred Monteforte and Linda Monteforte (1958 - 2021) and he lived most of his life in New Jersey. Anthony worked for David's Kraft Food Service which provided food and basic tasks for the television show "Law & Order" in New York City. It looks as though he lived alone at the time of his death and was fond of his dog, Sasha, who was mentioned in his obituary. An episode of Law & Order "Deep Vote" was dedicated to him.
