David Aloysius Crosbie 1918 - Aug 30, 1941 Glasgow

Davidwas my mother's youngest brother, the youngest of 7 children.He went to St Aloysius College following his two br0thers, Robert and Daniel. His 3 sisters were Margaret, Helen and Mary (my mother). I was only 3 the last time I saw him but I remember him giving my older brother a button with the RAF ensignia on it. I married a soldier and in 1960 we brought my mum and dad out to Germany where we were stationed and took her to see his grave in Amsterden. It was a very moving moment for her.
