Mr. Baumgarten and his five sons have each taken up 2500 acres of land on Cooroorah resumption, to the North of Moonie country. Each member of the family is establishing a distinct and separate homestead, and they have 700 head of cattle already en route from Victoria. The live stock has been conveyed as far as Coonamble, N.S.W., the nearest point at which the railway approaches their new home, and they travel thence via Moonie Valley.
