On Wednesday, January 9th, 1918, a very pretty wedding was celebrated in the New Norfolk Methodist Church, when Miss Elsie Gould Wills, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robt. J. Wills of "Ballymony," Hayes, was united to Lieutenant J. Oliver Storey. The church had been beautifully decorated for the occasion by a few friends of the bride, and presented a striking and attractive appearance. The pulpit railing was bedecked with the Union Jack, and the colours of the battalion with which Lieut. Storey served in Gallipoli and France were in evidence.
