Searched and found Frances Elizabeth Storey who married Robert Grant in Edmonton, Alberta. Frances is alive and well in Kingston, Ontario with her husband Mac Macdonald. We flew to Ontario to meet her in September and what a joyous meeting it was. My mission was to let her know that she was cherished as a baby and cherished by her family all the years we searched for her. She has had a wonderful life filled with love and five sons. She embraced her birth families love and we honour Dr. and Mrs. Story for giving her such a wonderful life with them. Love always, Beth

Wedding Bells.
On Wednesday, January 9th, 1918, a very pretty
wedding was celebrated in the New Norfolk
Methodist Church, when Miss Elsie Gould Wills,
daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robt. J. Wills of
"Ballymony," Hayes, was united to Lieutenant J.
Oliver Storey. The church had been beautifully
decorated for the occasion by a few friends of
the bride, and presented a striking and attractive
appearance. The pulpit railing was bedecked with
the Union Jack, and the colours of the battalion
with which Lieut. Storey served in Gallipoli and
France were in evidence.

celebrated in the New Norfolk Methodist Church, when Miss

of "Ballymony," Hayes, was united to Lieutenant J. Oliver Storey.
The bride entered the church on the arm of her brother Mr.
Alf. Wills, and was attended by her twin sister, Miss Cassie Wills,
and Miss Storey, as bridesmaids.

TWO OTHERS INJURED.
CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday.
A Telegram from Bealey Flat received this
afternoon states that Patrick Toomey, a
labourer, was killed, Charles Storey badly
injured, and Samuel Armerich slightly injured
by an explosion in the Otira Tunnel.
At the time of the accident the three men
were engaged in charging a hole prior to
blasting away rock.

Fatal injuries were received by Charles Storey,
married, when he was struck by a locomotive
at the lower hydro-electric development scheme
at Piripaua, Waikaremoana, at 12.45 a.m. today.

Death from shock following extensive injuries
which he received when crushed by a locomotive
was the verdict returned by the coroner, Mr. V. E.
Winter, at Wairoa at the inquest into the death on
September 20 of Mr. Charles William Daniel Storey
aged 56, a married man and tunnel inspector at the
Waikaremoana lower power development scheme
at Piripaua.

engineer in charge, said that Mr. Storey had lost
an eye and his ear and hand in an explosion at

I am looking for information on the Fall River, Massachusetts branch of the Storey family. The Storey family was and is very musical. There was a Storey Band and Orchestra in Fall River, Massachusetts. My grandfather still has the baton date stamped 1898. Does any one have any photos or additional information?
