Mark meet Petra when stationed in Puerto Rico on his Army tour and married .They came to the United States and had 6 sons Mark Jr, Charles, Henry, Dennis, Robert, Roger and the youngest Peter, and 5 daughters Alice which was their first born child, Lorraine, Bernadette, Maryann, and the youngest daughter Roseanne. They also adopted their 2 twin granddaughters Diane aND Doreen from their first born Alice ..They raised their children in Brooklyn and finally settled in Coney Island 30th St.. Sadly after many years of marriage they separated in the early 70's.

He had siblings Charles Inesti, Alice Inesti, Henry Inesti, Robert Inesti, Roger Inesti, Peter Inesti, Lorraine Inesti, Bernadette Inesti, Maryann Inesti, Roseanne Inesti, Mark Inesti Jr, and Dennis Inesti. He was in a relationship with Egidia Ciulla, and had a child Vincent Charles Inesti. Mark Inesti died at age 58 years old on December 1, 2006.
