He married Flora Jane (Mcdonald) Gange, and had children Norman Stanley Gange, Wilfred George Gange, Irene May Gange, and Harold William Gane. Norman Gange died at age 79 years old on April 12, 1957 in Lismore, Corangamite Shire County, and was buried at Lismore Cemetery in Lismore.
