The couple had children Jemima Vans, Frederick Robert, Edward Lane, Amy Gertrude, Constance Charlotte, Thomas Abel, and Emma Louisa Ingpen. Thomas Ingpen died at age 75 years old on October 17, 1922 at Alveston Balaclava Road, in Caulfield, City of Glen Eira County, VIC Australia, and was buried at Brighton General Cemetery in Caulfield South.
