Jacqueline Lee (Bouvier) Kennedy of 1040 5th Ave - penthouse apartment, in New York, New York County, New York United States was born on July 28, 1929 in Southampton to Janet Norton (Lee) Bouvier and John Vernou Bouvier III. She had a sister Caroline Lee (Bouvier) Radziwill. Jacqueline was baptized in 1929 at St Ignatius Loyola Church 980 Park Ave, in New York. She married John F. Kennedy on September 12, 1953, and they were married until death separated them on November 22, 1963. They had children Arabella Kennedy, Caroline Bouvier Kennedy, John F. Kennedy Jr., and Patrick Bouvier Kennedy. She also married Aristotle Onassis on October 20, 1968, and they were married until Aristotle's death on March 15, 1975. Jacqueline Kennedy died at age 77 years old on December 19, 2006 at Manhattan in New York City, and was buried on May 23, 1994 at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Arlington County, VA.

    Jacqueline was Catholic and baptized at the Church of St. Ignatius Loyola in 1929 and later confirmed. On May 23rd 1994 a private mass was held at this same church a few days after her passing.
