He had siblings Samuel Murden, Thomas Ralph Murden, Mary Elizabeth (Murden) Denman, Ellen Martha (Murden) Holt, Elizabeth Emily Murden Evans, William Francis Murden, Edith Murden Westwood, Robert Arthur Murden, and John Henry Wilmott Murden. He married Laura (Brailey) Murden in 1895, and had children Edward Ralph Murden, Edith Ethel Murden, John Henry Wilmott Murden, Elsie May Murden, and Arthur George Murden. Albert Murden died at age 49 years old on July 21, 1920 in Walpeup.
