  • Introduction

Greeley.—A race in their high powered automobile with a band of twenty-one antelope was the unusual experience of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Peterson while coming here from their ranch near Chalk Bluff. The antelope became interested in the movement of the automobile and after galloping beside it for a while, kept pace when its speed was increased. Their curiosity kept them in the race until they were winded and dropped out. Rocky Ford enterprise, November 22, 1912, Page 6
