Benjamin Field Carter of Esse Australia was born in 1892 in Kensington, City of Melbourne County, VIC to William Alfred Carter and Margaret Ann (Field) Carter. He had siblings Annie Louisa Carter and Ernest Alfred Carter. Benjamin Carter married Annie King Murray (Cook) Carter in 1919, and died at age 80 years old on July 26, 1973 in Essendon.
