Cecil Meredith Calaby of Ballarat, City of Ballarat County, VIC Australia was born in 1888 in Homebush, Municipality of Strathfield County, NSW to Frederick Walter Calaby and Annie Sophia (Kerr) Calaby. He had siblings Charles Alan Calaby, Leonard William Calaby, Jessie Sophia Calaby, Sidney Henry Calaby, Ernest Calaby, Arthur Vivian Calaby, and Frederick Walter Calaby. He married Alice Jean (Hynes) Calaby in 1917, and had children Colin Frederick Calaby, Bernice Jean Calaby, and Cecil John Calaby. Cecil Calaby died at age 75 years old on June 21, 1964 in Ballarat, City of Ballarat County, VIC.
