Charles Albert Norris of Fitzroy, Victoria Australia was born on July 23, 1881 in Heathcote, Greater Bendigo City County, VIC to John Jack Norris and Maria Martha (Kirby) Norris. He had siblings Alfred Norris, Charlotte Selina Norris, Martha Maria Norris, William Henry Norris, Elizabeth Ada Norris, Annie Maud Norris, Violet Eva Norris, Lydia Teresa Norris, Elsie Adela Norris, and John Edward Norris. He married Beatrice Annie (Ennor) Norris in 1903, and had children Gladys May (Norris) Miller, Leslie Albert Norris, Alma Beatrice Norris, Hubert Charles Christopher Norris, and Ronald John Norris. Charles Norris died at age 58 years old on February 16, 1940 in Fitzroy North, and was buried at Coburg Pine Ridge Cemetery Elizabeth St, in Preston, City of Darebin County.

NORRIS. - On February 16, after a short illness, at his residence, 40 Taylor-street, North Fitzroy, Charles Albert Norris ( many years an employe of the Melbourne Tramways Board ) dearly beloved husband of Beatrice Norris, and loved father of Gladys ( Mrs. P. Miller ), Leslie, Hubert, and the late Alma and Ronald. Aged 58 years, formerly of Bendigo. - Our loved one.
