Charles Alvin Wheeler 1940 - 2001

Charles Alvin Wheeler of Benton, Bossier County, LA was born on March 28, 1940 in Arkansas United States to Trudy Geneva Brewer and Wilbur Ratio Wheeler. Charles Wheeler had a sibling Clinton Conder. He married Carla Harris Wheeler. Charles' partner was Alma Wheeler, and they had a child Charles Alvin Wheeler Jr..
