Introduction

The Sun. Sydney. 7th July 1915. WINDOW-CLEANER KILLED. While cleaning a window at the Technical College, Harris-street, Ultimo, yesterday afternoon, Charles Edward Bland, of Irvine Street, Randwick, slipped and fell 22ft, to the ground. His injuries were severe, and he was taken by the Civil Ambulance to the Sydney Hospital, where he died a few hours after admission.
