Charlotte Knott died at age 47 years old on April 12, 1903.

    The Mercury, Hobart. 12th April 1904. IN MEMORIAM. In sad and loving memory of our dear mother, Charlotte Knott, who so suddenly passed to her rest, April 12, 1933. Dearest mother, thou are sweetly sleeping, Free from pain and toil and care, dearest mother how we miss thee, miss thee in the home and everywhere. ( Inserted by her loving husband and family. )
