Susannah (Knott) Young was born on April 17, 1876 to John William Knott and Charlotte Bessie (Vessey) Knott, and had siblings Eva Ann (Knott) Minehan, Thomas Walter Knott, John William Knott, Herbert Edwin Knott, Arthur Albert Knott, and Mary (Knott) Fogarty. Susannah Young married Douglas Walter Stuart Young on August 31, 1898 in Hobart, Tasmania Australia, and died at age 85 years old on February 10, 1962.
