Cristal D Lewis of Montgomery, Montgomery County, AL was born on July 15, 1960 to Sharon Cavallos (Az) and Alton Smith, Sr.. Cristal Lewis had siblings Thersea Bryant (Tx), Alton Smith (Prison Fl), and Robert Smith (Tx). She was the parent of Nicole (Child Given Away; Born Between Jcp and Hl. She married Greg Pusateri, and they had a child Jayson Corbett Pusateri (Nm). She would also marry Michael Lewis, and they had children Cody Lewis, Heather Lewis, and Taylor Lewis. She also married David Payne (Al). Cristal Lewis died at age 47 years old on October 11, 2007.
