She moved to Harper, Kansas with her husband Carl Barker. Together they had 3 children, Myndie J., Carl, and Alisha. On Wednesday, May 22, 1996 Debbie (38 at the time) and her daughter Myndie J., (17) of injuries received in an automobile accident in Harper, Kansas.
