    Edward faithfully and selflessly served his country in World War II as a guard in the United States Army during the Nuremberg Trials. After retirement from the Army, he took on a job as a heavy equipment operator for many years. In his later years, he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and later passed away from it at age 90 at the ManorCare Health Center in Jersey Shore, PA.
