Eileen Marie (Carroll) Cosello was born on August 12, 1961 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania United States to Richard Stephen Carroll and Lucy Victoria Carroll, and has siblings Maureen Rose Preston, Kathleen Marie Nuneviller, Richard Stephen Carroll Jr., and Edward Robert Carroll. She married Joseph Francis Cosello in 1984 in Bensalem, Bucks County, and they were married until Joseph's death on November 14, 2004 in Bensalem. Eileen Cosello has children Joseph Michael Cosello, Samantha Marie Cosello, Sara Lynne Cosello, and Jeffrey Joseph Cosello.
