Richard Stephen Carroll was born on January 13, 1932 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania United States. He was married to Lucy Victoria Carroll in 1956 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, and they were together until Richard's death on October 25, 2022 in Doylestown, Bucks County. He had children Kathleen Marie Nuneviller, Maureen Rose Preston, Eileen Marie Cosello, Richard Stephen Carroll Jr., and Edward Robert Carroll. Richard Carroll was buried on November 4, 2022 in Doylestown.
