Elizabeth (Retchford) Nichols of Beaconsfield, Victoria Australia was born on September 17, 1863 in Ballarat to Ann (Proctor) Retchford and Thomas Retchford. She had siblings Arthur Retchford, Annie Retchford, Beatrice (Retchford) Miers, Edith (Retchford) Ham, Lilian (Retchford) Fricke, Harold Retchford, Herbert Retchford, Arthur Retchford, Herbert Retchford, Percy Retchford, and Ernest Retchford. She married George Henry Nichols, and had a child Evelyn (Nichols) Jeffrey. Elizabeth Nichols died at age 71 years old on May 12, 1935 in Beaconsfield, VIC, and was buried at Berwick Cemetery in Berwick, City of Casey County.
