Ernest Retchford 1868 - 1946

Ernest Retchford of Hawthorn Australia was born in 1868 in Ballarat, City of Ballarat County, VIC to Ann (Proctor) Retchford and Thomas Retchford. He had siblings Elizabeth (Retchford) Nichols, Arthur Retchford, Annie Retchford, Beatrice (Retchford) Miers, Edith (Retchford) Ham, Lilian (Retchford) Fricke, Harold Retchford, Herbert Retchford, Arthur Retchford, Herbert Retchford, and Percy Retchford. He married Eva (Jenkinson) Retchford in 1894, and had children Harold Ernest Retchford, Leonard Charles Retchford, Gladys Victoria (Retchford) Mann, and Ernest Noel Retchford. Ernest Retchford died at age 77 years old on August 22, 1946 in Fitzroy, City of Yarra County, and was buried at Box Hill Cemetery in Box Hill, Whitehorse City County.
