Emma (Hooker) Oakley of Prahran, City of Stonnington County, VIC Australia was born on September 14, 1826 in Greenwich, Greater London County, England United Kingdom. She was in a relationship with George Haswell Oakley beginning 1853, and had children John Haswell Oakley, George Frederick Oakley, Arthur Oakley, Henry Warburton Oakley, Francis William Oakley, Agnes Elisabeth Oakley, Herbert Hill Oakley, and Charles Deveraux Oakley. Emma Oakley died at age 72 years old on August 2, 1899 in Prahran, City of Stonnington County, VIC Australia, and was buried at St Kilda Cemetery in Saint Kilda East, Port Phillip City County.
