Eustace Calvert Curtis of Australia was born on November 18, 1897 in South Yarra, VIC to Edward Gillman Curtis and Margaret Anne Burswood (Poland) Curtis. He married Helen Isabel (Wilson) Curtis in 1922, and had a child Betty Helen (Curtis) Whiteside. Eustace Curtis died at age 96 years old on July 24, 1994, and was buried at Springvale Botanical Cemetery 600 Princes Hwy, in Springvale, Greater Dandenong City County.

    The Argus, Melbourne. 15th July 1922. CURTIS - WILSON. On the 17th June, at the Presbyterian Church, Cheltenham, by the Rev. Hugh Jones, M. A., assisted by the Rev. J. H. Hewitt, M. A., B. D., Eustace C. ( late A.I.F. ), only son of Mr. E. G. and the late Margaret, and stepson of Martha Curtis, of Malvern, to Helen Isabel, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wilson, Moorabin Pharmacy, Cheltenham.

It looks like you corrected Eustace's biography - which is what these pages are for. They are collaborative biographies where everybody can share their knowledge so that loved ones and ancestors will be completely and correctly remembered. Often, government records (where this came from) and other sources of information will be incomplete or outright wrong.

Hi Kathy, a lot of people don't understand that a lot of the information we see here
is gathered by computer. It shouldn't take long for people to figure out if the names
and death dates are in the wrong position, a lot of the marriage dates are in the death
dates, it all depends on the way the info has been set up by the computer program.
